Low on fibre?
That’s the gap we close.

Most of us don’t eat as much fibre as our bodies ask for. Fibre is all we think about, and we make it simple to top up, one smooth glass at a time.

Why your body needs fibre

Fibre is the part of plant food we don’t digest, and it does quiet, important work all the way through the gut.

Keeps things moving

Fibre adds bulk and holds water in the gut, which helps stools stay soft and easier to pass.

Feeds your gut bacteria

Many fibres are food for the friendly bacteria that live in your gut.

Helps you feel full

Fibre slows the way food is absorbed and adds to the feeling of fullness after a meal.

Low fibre and constipation

If your plate is short on fibre and your day is short on water, stools can turn hard and slow. It is not the only cause, but it is a common one, and often one you can work on.

Too little fibrerefined atta, polished rice, few vegetables
Too little waterfibre needs fluid to do its job
Too little movementlong hours sitting

The ICMR-NIN Dietary Guidelines for Indians (2024) note that fibre-rich foods such as whole grains, pulses and vegetables, together with enough fluids, help prevent constipation.

Isabgol is psyllium husk, a soluble fibre that forms a soft gel with water. In a 2022 review of randomised trials in adults with chronic constipation, psyllium was one of the fibres that improved stool frequency and consistency, with benefits building over several weeks of regular use. Some people notice extra gas at first, so start small and build up.
